Frequently Asked Questions
Who is the HP Summer Academy for?
The Touch of Class HP Summer Academy is designed for players who are motivated to improve and want to train in a focused development environment.
The program is ideal for players who:
• Enjoy training and working on their game.
• Want to improve their technical ability.
• Are interested in understanding the tactical side of soccer.
• Want to develop their Game IQ and decision making.
Players should already have a solid foundation in the game and a genuine interest in improving.
Is this a traditional soccer camp?
No.
The HP Summer Academy is designed as a development environment rather than a recreational camp.
While players will still enjoy training and playing games, sessions are structured to focus on:
• Technical Development
• Tactical Understanding
• Decision Making
• Game IQ through Video Analysis
This approach helps players develop a deeper understanding of the game.
What age groups can participate?

Players will be grouped in ways that ensure they are appropriately challenged while continuing to build confidence and development.
How many players will be in the program?

Do players need to attend all four weeks?
No.
Players can register for 1, 2, 3, or 4 weeks depending on their availability.
However, players who attend multiple weeks often experience the greatest improvement because they can build on concepts learned each week.
